Gayle is the Assistant Educator in the Ocean room. She loves what she does because she is helping families that have to go back to work by looking after their precious children, she is there to help them learn and watch them grow and encourage them along the way. It is satisfying to watch them achieve new things and heart warming to see their little faces light up when they accomplish new things. Her favourite thing about Country Buddies is that it is a family based business and everyone works as a team.
